1. Domestic Orders (India)

For orders shipped within India, the price displayed at checkout is final and already includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate for the product category. You will not be charged anything further on delivery.

2. International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, the price you pay us covers the product and shipping only. Most countries levy customs duty, import VAT/GST, or other local taxes on incoming parcels once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set entirely by your country's customs authority and are not something we can control, waive, or predict on your behalf.

3. Who Pays Customs Duty

Any customs duty, import tax, or handling fee charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient, and is normally collected by the courier at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused because of unpaid customs charges, it may be returned to us or destroyed by customs depending on local rules; in that case, refunds are handled per our Return Policy and shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.

4. Estimating Charges

Because rates vary widely by country and product type, we're unable to display an exact customs figure at checkout. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, we recommend checking your country's customs or postal authority website, or contacting us with your destination country and we'll share what we know from previous shipments there.
