Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If a product isn't right for you, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Because many of our products are lab-certified and individually verified, we ask that returned items meet the eligibility criteria described in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

• Requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
• Returned in its original packaging, including pouch, box and any accompanying accessories.
• Accompanied by the original invoice and, where issued, the lab certificate or authenticity card.
• Free of any alteration, resizing or engraving performed after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization and authenticity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Made-to-order or custom-engraved items (e.g., personalized malas or resized rings).
• Items purchased as part of a clearance or final-sale promotion, clearly marked as such.
• Products missing their original certificate, packaging, or tags.
• Gift cards and astrological consultation bookings that have already been availed.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@siddhisthaan.com or call +91 90000 00000 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share a return authorization along with pickup or drop-off instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with the original packaging, invoice and certificate.
4. Hand over the package to the courier for pickup, or ship it to the return address we provide.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are arranging your own return shipment.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

• Once received, returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or UPI processing times may add a few additional days before funds reflect in your account.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
• Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

6. Exchanges

Prefer a different size, mukhi count, or design? We're happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns. Simply mention this when you contact us to initiate your return.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred, at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy after delivery. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
